A soggy fry is not a fry . You need to make your Potatoes crispy and salty to be called french fries.

Stuff you need:
- A sauce pan or a fancy fryer, whatever
- Cold No. 1 potatoes , not the saggy , malformed or moist potatoes
- Peanut oil
Potatoes need to be cold to give real amazing fries
Thick pans are better and heat evenly than thin pans
Always soak your potatoes in plenty of salt and water before actually frying them
Use Peanut oil , only if you are not allergic to peanuts !
Always use clean , slowly boiling oil in frying .
